“I signed up to a 6 month nutrition plan with Grace, after having a series of illnesses and feeling really run down 9 months after giving birth. I knew my immune system was low as usually I would get over any illness in a few days but not anymore! After 4 months of being unwell I knew I had to make some big chances to my lifestyle and really put my health first to get back to my usual healthy self.
