Upgrade your pasta game with this Brazil nut & basil pesto with plenty of immune boosting nutrients from the Brazil’s (high in Selenium) garlic (liver supportive & anti bacterial), Basil (liver supportive) & lemon (high in vitamin C)
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
124 cup chopped Brazil nuts
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lemon (juice)
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Simply add all the ingredients to a food processor! Mix with your favourite pasta and other toppings
