Give this home made herbal tea a try if you’re suffering with cold/flu symptoms! It works a treat for me when ever I start to notice any symptoms. Packed with anti microbial, anti bacteria & anti-inflammatory herbs.
1 cup of water
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp cloves
A large slice of lemon
1 tsp of grated ginger
1 tsp all spice
Heat on a medium heat for 15 minutes.
