4 tbsp peanut butter
12 dates
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup cacao powder
Add all to a food processor until smooth. Then take a tbsp of the mix and roll into a ball before rolling onto more coconut to coat. Keep in the fridge and enjoy as your snack throughout the week!
