1/2 avocado

1/4 of a sweet potato – raw and cut into cubes
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1 tsp turmeric

1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp powder
300ml water
Kiwi & Spinach

1/2 Avocado
1 cup spinach
1.5 cups of coconut water
