My take on Cadbury’s fruit & nut chocolate bar but with allllll the antioxidants and gut friendly nutrients!
RECIPE
200g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
Handful of raisins
Handful of chopped almonds
Handful of chopped cashews
Handful of chopped raspberries
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil and then pour into a lined baking tray.
Add the fruits and nuts & leave to set in the fridge for at least 5 minutes before breaking into pieces!
