I’ve always been a lover of hot chocolates but not the blood sugar crashes you’ll find from the sugary shop brought ones! So here’s my take on a nutritious version with just 4 ingredients ✨✨✨

1️⃣ 1 tbsp cacao powder
2️⃣ 1 cup of almond milk
3️⃣ 1/2 tbsp almond butter
4️⃣ 1 tbsp maple syrup

Add all ingredients to the hob and warm for 5 minutes. Enjoy ❤️

250g oats
200g nuts of your choice
50g chia seeds
5 tbsp coconut oil, melted
5 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
150g dried figs, chopped
